#2 Twilio SendGrid

That's right - not only is SendGrid our top choice for Email Service Providers and email template editors, but they also house a large catalogue of free email templates (60 of them!) that you can copy and adjust to make your own.

While they're generally fairly simple, that's honestly usually what I'm looking for when getting started with an email template. Plus, honestly, some of the designs are pretty great!

#3 Really Good Emails

To stick with the theme, Really Good Emails is a really good free HTML email resource. While they are the original resource for gathering impressive email examples across the web, they are also sometimes best serve as a better tool for general inspiration.

While you can not only access the HTML of the template you're looking at, you can actually view it in an email editor side by side with the email creative and make live edits!

Copy section you want to "borrow" or just see how they did something! Pretty cool.

With a free signup and login, you can also save and organize different templates as inspiration for later! Sort of like a Tumblr for email? Anyways, this is a super handy resource if you are in any type of email, or lifecycle marketing role. Bookmark it!
